David Klingberg has over 30 years’ experience in the planning and the design industry having worked on significant projects nationally and internationally for state and local governments, as well as the private sector.

A passionate urbanist with over 7 years’ experience in the planning industry across both public and private sectors. Having worked with councils across NSW, I have been involved in assessing a diverse range of residential, commercial, industrial, and rural agricultural development applications and present with a strong understanding of the NSW planning framework and approval processes.
